  • Beef Tenderloin Stuffed with Lobster, Shallots, Wild Mushrooms and Fresh Basil. Served with Smoked Gouda and Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes. Accompanied by Chef’s choice Fresh Vegetables. Finished with Gran Marnier Demi-Glace.
